Every member below is graded purely by their computed score (the Constituent Alignment Score) — built from public records: who funds them, whether they show up to vote, how they trade stocks, and whether out-of-state donor money predicts their votes. There is no editorial input: the order is the math, and the "Worst" lists only include scores below 75. How the score is calculated →
